How does a parody of a cartoon get to be so beautiful?

For a minute I thought he was breaking the fourth wall and talking about the actual show.

There is an element of that in there.

I don’t want the thiefshipping thing to be just an annoying joke. There’s only so many times you can make fun of the two of them as a couple.

I wanted to add some weight to it, to keep things interesting for myself as a writer, and also for the audience.
